Document	File format	How to use
Product Catalogue	PDF	Catalogue in PDF format can be downloaded. *Acrobat Reader software from Adobe Systems is required to view these files.

User registration is required to download the files shown below. Please log in with the ID and password issued upon registration and download a file.

If you have not completed user registration, go to the user registration page and register as a user.

Document	File format	How to use
Operation Manuals	PDF	Operation Manuals in PDF format can be downloaded. *Acrobat Reader software from Adobe Systems is required to view these files.
External Dimentions	DXF PDF	External dimentions in DXF and PDF formats can be downloaded. * Acrobat Reader software from Adobe Systems is required to view files in PDF format. The listed external dimentions in DXF format are compressed in LZH format. Decompress them before use. The listed DXF files are saved using “DXF Version 12J.”
Support Tools	EDS CPS GSD *Compressed file (LZH format)	EDS, CPS and GSD files can be downloaded. *The listed support tools are compressed in LZH format. Decompress them before use. EDS files are ASCII files in a special format defined in the DeviceNet Specification. CPS files are XML format files that are compatible with the FA integrated tool package “CX-One” developed by OMRON. GSD files are text files used in configuration of the PRO FIBUS network.
Software	EXE *Compressed file (LZH format)	The CSV-format file conversion tool and waveform & set value integration software can be downloaded. *The listed software is compressed in LZH format. Decompress it before use.
